The mediator presents neutral, concrete proposals that both parties can respond to, until you reach an agreement you're both comfortable with.

Agreements recorded

Once you agree, Rsolve puts the agreements you've made down on paper in a settlement agreement (art. 7:900 BW) that you both sign.

Privacy and confidentiality

Everything you share stays confidential. Conversations are encrypted in transit and stored within the EU, and your case is never used to train public AI models. Once finished, you can delete the entire case with a single click. Rsolve operates in compliance with GDPR.

Are there hidden costs or a subscription?
No. You pay a one-time fee of € 3,99 per case. There's no subscription and no extra costs.
Does the other party also pay?
No, participation is free for the party you invite. Only the person who starts the case pays the fixed rate.
How can it be this cheap?
Because the mediation takes place online with an AI mediator, the expensive hours of an in-person process disappear. We pass that saving on to you as one low, fixed rate.
What if we can't work it out?
You'll have a documented record of the attempt, which can work in your favour later on. Rsolve can also refer you to a lawyer, mediator, or Het Juridisch Loket.
