What does Rsolve cost? One fixed rate of € 3,99
Disputes often go unresolved because the step towards a lawyer or mediator feels expensive and complicated. Rsolve turns that around with one transparent, fixed rate. Below you can read exactly what you pay, what you get for it, and how that compares to the traditional routes.
Why a conflict is normally so expensive
The traditional routes quickly become expensive, mainly because you pay by the hour and the process takes a long time.
- Lawyer or lawsuit: typically € 2.500 – € 7.500 or more, plus court fees.
- In-person mediation: on average € 1.200 – € 2.400, at € 180 – € 240 per hour.
- Long duration, which drives up costs and tension even further.
What you get for € 3,99
With Rsolve you pay € 3,99 once per case — no subscription, no hourly rate, no hidden costs. Participation is completely free for the invited party.
- The full guided mediation with a neutral AI mediator.
- A settlement agreement (art. 7:900 BW) with your agreements.
- Multilingual support and a downloadable case file.
- Free participation for the second party.
Here's how it works in 4 steps
Invite the other party
You start a case and share a secure link. The other person joins for free — no account or installation needed.
Each person tells their side
Both type out what's going on, in their own words and at their own pace. The AI mediator removes the emotional charge and translates accusations into interests.
Working together towards a proposal
The mediator presents neutral, concrete proposals that both parties can respond to, until you reach an agreement you're both comfortable with.
Agreements recorded
Once you agree, Rsolve puts the agreements you've made down on paper in a settlement agreement (art. 7:900 BW) that you both sign.
Privacy and confidentiality
Everything you share stays confidential. Conversations are encrypted in transit and stored within the EU, and your case is never used to train public AI models. Once finished, you can delete the entire case with a single click. Rsolve operates in compliance with GDPR.
